Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted third-party courier partners. While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Evday is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances.

If delivery cannot be completed due to issues such as location inaccessibility or courier limitations, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations

• A 10% transaction fee applies to cancellations.
• If the order has already been dispatched, please refuse delivery.
• Once the shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), the refund will be processed.
