Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted third-party courier partners. While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Evday is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external circumstances.
If delivery cannot be completed due to issues such as location inaccessibility or courier limitations, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations
- A 10% transaction fee applies to cancellations.
- If the order has already been dispatched, please refuse delivery.
- Once the shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin), the refund will be processed.
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Returns are only applicable if:
- A defective product is delivered
- An incorrect product is delivered
Please contact us with details, and we will resolve the issue.
Refund Policy
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- No returns are accepted unless a defective unit has been delivered.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may reflect within 2–3 working days or up to 5–7 business days, depending on banking timelines.
